The CRS designation is a symbol of excellence in residential real estate.  Less than 3% of Realtors have earned this prestigious credential.  They have done so through extensive education in a broad range of topics such as negotiations, buyer strategies, investment properties, luxury home marketing, listing strategies, appraisal, law of real estate agency, technology, etc.  In addition to advanced training, a CRS applicant must show significant real-world success in closed listings and sales.
