  • Market Analysis – Arming you with market data before taking that critical first step of making the offer- sales ratios, average market time, comparable sales, average sales prices, list-to-sales price ratios.
  • Negotiation Strategies     Map out your winning strategies for price and terms: a) the offer and b) the inspection.
  • The Offer     Contract documents meticulously drafted to advocate for your best interests.  A letter introducing buyer to seller positions you in the best light.
  • Home Inspection     Preferred, experienced professionals available. Schedule and attend all inspections with clients.  Craft and negotiate action list on your behalf.  May include financial remedies and/or repairs.

  • Final Walkthrough     Meet inspector at home to verify repairs completed correctly.
  • Manage Closing Process     Closely track transaction details with the lender, appraiser, title,  escrow, listing broker.  Keep all participants on track and you informed in the countdown to moving day.
